Haddock In Cream - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 lb. haddock fillets
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. prepared mustard
1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
3 small onions
1 c. cream
Preparation
-
Mix lemon, pepper, salt, mustard and Worcestershire sauce.
Mix with cream and pour over fish.
Add onions and bake at 400\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
