No-Peek Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. stewing beef, cut into 1-inch pieces
1 envelope onion soup mix
1 (10 3/4 oz.) can condensed cream of mushroom soup
1 (4 oz.) can whole mushrooms
Preparation

Combine beef, dry soup mix, condensed soup and mushrooms (with liquid) in 2-quart casserole.
Cover.
Bake at 300\u00b0 for 3 hours. Don't peek until it's done.
Serve over noodles or rice.
Makes 4 to 6 servings.
