Botanas - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 jicama
    2 avocados
    1/2 lb. Longhorn cheese
    2 sliced tomatoes
    1 c. real lemon juice
    1 large red onion
    1/2 lb. Jack cheese
    1 tsp. crushed red chilies
    2 lemons
Preparation
    Peel jicama and cut into 1 x 1/2-inch slices; cut avocados and both cheeses in 1-inch slices.
    Slice onions; cut lemons into 8ths.
    Put everything in a Tupperware bowl and let marinate for several hours.
    Serve cold as an appetizer or just something to snack on.
    Great with cold Margaritas or beer.
