Snickerdoodles - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    1 c. butter
    2 eggs
    1/4 tsp. salt
    2 3/4 c. flour
    2 tsp. cream of tartar
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. sugar
Preparation
    Cream sugar and butter together.
    Drop in whole eggs and mix. Sift together the salt, flour, cream of tartar and baking soda. Add first mixture and beat until smooth.
    Make a small ball.
    Put in sugar-cinnamon mixture and bake at 325\u00b0 for 12 to 15 minutes.
