Spicy Potato Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 lb. medium potatoes
    2 c. diced onions
    2 c. diced celery
    2 Tbsp. dried parsley flakes
    3 Tbsp. seasoned pepper and salt
    2 Tbsp. garlic powder
    1 Tbsp. red pepper
    2 Tbsp. mustard
    1/2 c. Hellmann's mayonnaise
Preparation
    Cook potatoes.
    Cool, dice and place in a large mixing bowl. Mix in remaining ingredients.
    Add more or less mayonnaise until salad is pleasingly moist.
    Chill and serve on romaine lettuce.
