Chicken Bake(Low Calorie) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 oz. nonfat plain yogurt
    1 c. crushed seasoned croutons
    pepper to taste
    garlic to taste (extra)
    2 pkg. (6) skinless and boneless chicken thighs or 4 to 6 skinless and boneless chicken breasts
Preparation
    Mix plain yogurt (small cup) with garlic powder to taste.
    Cut several chicken breasts into cubes.
    Dip in yogurt mix and in wheat germ or oat bran that has poultry seasoning and 1 teaspoon salt. Bake on a cookie sheet at 425\u00b0 for 25 minutes.
    Dip in honey mustard or barbecue sauce or yogurt with curry powder and sugar-onion powder.
