Barbecued Pork Sandwiches - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1/4 c. chopped celery
    1 clove garlic, minced
    2 Tbsp. margarine
    1 c. ketchup
    1/2 c. water
    2 Tbsp. brown sugar
    1 Tbsp. vinegar
    3/4 tsp. chili powder
    1/4 tsp. salt
    dash of pepper
    12 thin slices cooked pork
    6 hamburger buns, split and toasted
Preparation
    In a medium skillet, cook onion, celery and garlic in margarine until tender, but not brown.
    Stir in ketchup, water, brown sugar, vinegar, chili powder, salt and pepper.
    Simmer, uncovered, for 10 to 15 minutes.
    Add pork; heat through.
    Serve meat on buns with sauce.
