Janean'S Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 to 7 medium potatoes
    1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
    1 Tbsp. dry onion
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1/2 c. melted butter plus 1/4 c. melted butter
    16 oz. sour cream
    1 c. cracker or bread crumbs
Preparation
    Boil the potatoes in skins about 1/2 hour.
    Cool in refrigerator, then peel and grate.
    Mix together potatoes, Cheddar cheese, dry onion, soup, 1/2 cup melted butter and sour cream. Press into greased 13 x 9-inch pan.
    Before baking, sprinkle cracker (or bread) crumbs and pour 1/4 cup melted butter over top. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
