Spaghetti Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. ground chuck
    4 large cans tomato sauce
    1 large can tomato paste
    2 Tbsp. olive oil
    1 large diced onion
    1 c. dried parsley
    1/2 tsp. oregano
    2 tsp. crushed garlic
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    In a large saucepan, brown beef and drain fat. Add oil, sauce, paste, onion, salt, pepper, parsley, oregano and garlic. Bring to a boil, then simmer 1 1/2 hours. Stir frequently.
