Coney Island Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 Tbsp. butter
    1 Tbsp. margarine
    1 1/2 lb. ground beef
    2 medium onions, chopped
    1 clove garlic
    salt and pepper to taste
    2 Tbsp. chili powder
    1 Tbsp. prepared mustard
    1 (6 oz.) can tomato paste
    1 (6 oz.) can water
    4 to 5 wieners
Preparation
    Combine everything but wieners.
    Simmer over low heat until thick.
    Grind up the wieners and add to sauce; cook 15 minutes longer.
    Do not brown beef before using.
