Quick Salami - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. lean ground beef
    2 Tbsp. Tender Quick meat cure salt
    2 Tbsp. liquid smoke
    1 c. water
    1/4 tsp. onion powder
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1/8 tsp. garlic powder
    1 tsp. peppercorns
    1/4 tsp. mustard seed
Preparation
    Mix all together; mold into 3 rolls.
    Wrap in plastic wrap. Refrigerate for 24 hours.
    Unwrap and bake on a rack in pan in a 300\u00b0 oven for 1 1/2 to 2 hours.
    May be frozen.
