Fantasy Fudge - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. sugar
    3/4 c. Parkay margarine
    2/3 c. evaporated milk
    1 (12 oz.) pkg. semi-sweet chocolate chips
    1 (7 oz.) jar marshmallow cream
    1 c. chopped nuts
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Stir together margarine, sugar and milk in a heavy 2 1/2 to 3-quart saucepan.
    Bring to a boil, stirring constantly.
    Boil for 5 minutes over medium heat or until candy thermometer reaches 234\u00b0, stirring constantly to prevent sticking or scorching. Remove from heat.
    Gradually stir in chocolates until melted.
    Add remaining ingredients.
    Mix well until blended.
    Pour into greased 9 x 9-inch or 13 x 9-inch pan.
    Cool at room temperature.
    Cut into squares.
    Makes about 3 pounds.
