Spinach Stir-Fry - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. spinach
    1/4 c. vegetable oil
    1 to 2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
    2 green onions, sliced
    1/4 c. chicken broth
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Tear spinach into bite size pieces.
    Heat wok or large skillet until hot.
    Add vegetable oil; rotate to coat side.
    Add garlic; stir-fry for 2 minutes.
    Stir in chicken broth, salt and pepper. Cover and cook 1 minute.
    Yields 2 servings.
