Peach Cream Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 unbaked (9-inch) pie shell
3/4 c. sugar
1/4 c. all-purpose flour
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. grated nutmeg
1/4 tsp. cinnamon
3 c. peeled, sliced peaches
1 c. whipping cream
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
Prick pie shell with fork.
Bake 10 minutes.
Set aside to cool.
Preheat oven to 400\u00b0.
Mix together the sugar, flour, salt, nutmeg and cinnamon in a large bowl.
Add peaches and toss gently. Spoon mixture into pie shell.
Pour whipping cream on top.
Bake 40 to 45 minutes.
Let cool to room temperature.
Serve with whipping cream.
