Carrot-Raisin Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3/4 lb. carrots, scraped and shredded
1/4 c. raisins (or more)
1/4 c. chopped walnuts (optional)
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1 1/2 Tbsp. cider vinegar
1 Tbsp. sugar
1/8 tsp. lemon juice
Preparation

Combine carrots, raisins and chopped walnuts in a bowl. Combine remaining ingredients, stirring well.
Add carrot mixture. Toss gently.
