Sarah'S Banana Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 Tbsp. cornstarch
    3 Tbsp. sugar
    pinch of salt
    1 1/2 c. milk
    1 (13 oz.) can evaporated milk (prefer Milnot)
    4 egg yolks
    1 tsp. vanilla extract
    16 vanilla wafers
    2 large bananas, sliced
    1/2 c. firmly packed dark brown sugar
    whipped cream (for garnish)
Preparation
    In medium saucepan, combine cornstarch, sugar and salt.
    Stir in milk and evaporated milk.
    Cook over medium heat, stirring frequently, until pudding coats spoon, about 10 minutes.
