Miniature Cheesecakes(1 Dozen) - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 c. graham cracker crumbs
1/4 c. melted margarine
1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
1 egg
1/4 c. sugar
8 oz. cream cheese
cherry or blueberry pie filling (1/2 can)

Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
Line 12 muffin cups with cupcake papers.
In a small bowl, mix the graham cracker crumbs and melted margarine together.
Divide the cracker mixture among the 12 cups, then press into the cups.
