Applesauce Pecan Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 eggs
    1 cup canned applesauce
    1 cup sugar
    1/3 cup vegetable oil
    3 Tbsp. milk
    1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    1/4 tsp. nutmeg
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 cup flour
    1 cup finely chopped pecans
    1/2 cup mixed candied fruit, if desired
    1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    1/4 cup light brown sugar
    1/4 cup chopped pecans
Preparation
    Beat eggs until foamy, stir in applesauce, sugar, oil and milk.
    Gradually add
    dry ingredients, stir in nuts and candied fruit.
    Spread in greased 9 x 5 x 3 inch pan.
    Sprinkle on top cinnamon, brown sugar and chopped pecans, press lightly with hand. Bake 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Can sprinkle confectionary sugar to cover top last 1/2 hour if too brown.
