Potato Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. margarine
    2 c. sugar
    4 eggs
    2/3 c. milk
    1 c. hot mashed potatoes
    2 c. flour
    4 Tbsp. cocoa
    2 Tbsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. each clove; cinnamon; nutmeg
    1 c. chopped pecans
    1 tsp. vanilla
    powdered sugar
Preparation
    Combine all dry ingredients and set aside.
    Cream together margarine, sugar and eggs.
    Add milk and potatoes.
    Add dry ingredients a little at a time.
    Add vanilla and chopped pecans. Bake in greased Bundt pan at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Sprinkle with powdered sugar when cool.
