Bow Ties - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 whole eggs
    3 egg yolks
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    1 Tbsp. butter
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 jigger (3 Tbsp.) rum
Preparation
    Beat the eggs until well mixed.
    Add butter, salt, sugar and vanilla.
    Mix in flour, starting with 1 cup, until you form a soft dough.
    Roll dough out real thin.
    Cut in strips of 1 x 4-inches. Make a slit in center.
    Pull one end through slit.
    Fry in hot fat in frying pan until slightly tan in color.
    Drain on absorbent paper and sprinkle with confectioners sugar.
