Apple Cider Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 oz. box orange jello
    4 c. apple cider
    1 c. raisins
    1 c. chopped apples
    1 c. chopped celery
    juice and rind of 1 lemon
Preparation
    Dissolve jello in 2 cups hot cider.
    Stir in raisins and cool. Add remaining cider and chill until slightly thickened.
    Add rest of ingredients and chill until firm.
