Ingredients

1 baked 9-inch pie shell
1 qt. fresh strawberries
3/4 c. sugar
2 Tbsp. cornstarch
1/4 tsp. salt
1 c. water
few drops red food coloring
Preparation

Prepare and bake pastry shell.
Cool.
Wash berries.
Remove caps and damaged spots (leave berries whole).
