Breakfast Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 slices bread
    1 lb. bulk sausage
    1 c. grated sharp cheese
    6 eggs
    2 c. milk
    1 tsp. salt
    dash of pepper
    1 tsp. dry mustard (optional)
Preparation
    Tear up bread and place pieces in greased 9 x 13 pan. Brown and drain sausage and spoon over bread. Sprinkle with grated cheese. Beat together eggs, milk and remaining ingredients. Pour over bread. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 40 minutes.
