Baked Groundhog - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (5 lb.) young groundhog
    6 potatoes, sliced
    6 carrots, sliced
    1 medium onion, sliced or diced
    2 stalks celery, sliced
    2 c. water
    1 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Clean groundhog good.
    Put in pot and bring to a boil; cook for 10 minutes. Turn head down, cook for 20 minutes more.
    Remove from pot.
    Put in a baking pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours or real tender.
    Add 1 cup of water from the pot to bake in.
    Add all ingredients 1/2 hour before groundhog is done.
