Myra'S Greens - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 lb. greens (collards, kale and turnips)
    2 smoked turkey drumsticks
    2 c. Zinfandel (wine)
    2 tsp. Tabasco sauce
    2 c. water
    1 tsp. sugar
Preparation
    Wash greens thoroughly.
    Braise meat in a 6-quart pot.
    Add greens, wine and remaining ingredients.
    Let come to a boil. Lower heat and cook for 1 hour or until greens are tender.
