Ham Cups - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground smoked ham
    1/2 lb. ground lean pork
    1 1/2 c. soft fine bread crumbs
    1 well beaten egg
    1/2 tsp. dry mustard
    1/4 c. brown sugar
    1 tsp. prepared mustard
Preparation
    Combine first five ingredients and fill medium size muffin pans; round tops, meat loaf fashion.
    Combine brown sugar and prepared mustard and spread over tops of cups.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour.
