Barbecue Pork Chops - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 lean pork chops
    1/2 c. catsup
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. celery seed
    1/2 tsp. nutmeg
    1/3 c. vinegar
    1 c. water
Preparation
    Brown chops in hot shortening.
    Drain.
    Combine remaining ingredients and pour over chops.
    Bake in slow oven at 325\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours.
    Turn chops once during baking.
