Overnight Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (No. 2) can peas, drained
    1 (No. 2) can French green beans, drained
    1 (No. 2) can whole kernel corn, drained
    1 c. diced celery
    1/2 c. diced green pepper
    1 medium onion, diced
    1 (2 oz.) jar pimentos
    salt to taste
    1 c. sugar
    1 c. vinegar
    1/2 c. oil
    2 tsp. water
    1/2 tsp. paprika
Preparation
    Mix vegetables and salt.
    Combine sugar, vinegar, oil, water and paprika.
    Stir until sugar is dissolved.
    Pour over vegetables. Chill 24 hours.
