Rosemary Roasted Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. red new potatoes, scrubbed and quartered
    2 Tbsp. olive oil
    1 Tbsp. chopped fresh rosemary or 1 tsp. dried
    1 clove garlic, minced
    1/2 tsp. salt
    fresh ground pepper to taste
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 425\u00b0.
    Place potatoes in a large shallow baking dish that will hold all of them in a single layer.
    Add the remaining ingredients and stir to coat well.
