Carrot Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. sugar
2 c. flour
2 tsp. soda
2 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1 1/2 c. oil
4 eggs
3 c. carrots, grated
Preparation

Mix with mixer and pour into 2 greased and floured 9-inch cake pans.
Bake at 325\u00b0
for 1 hour, or until top springs back when lightly touched.
Let cool.
