Beef Roast - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 lb. beef shoulder roast
    1 large onion
    4 carrots, cut up
    4 large potatoes
    3 sticks celery
Preparation
    Put beef shoulder in pan; heat oven to 400\u00b0.
    Peel onion and cut up; cut up carrots.
    Peel and cut up potatoes. Wash and cut up celery stick.
    Put in large pan and cover with Reynolds wrap and cook for 3 1/2 hours.
