Cream Cheese Fruit Squares - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 c. sugar, divided in half
1/3 c. butter
1 1/2 c. graham cracker crumbs
8 oz. cream cheese
4 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1 can fruit topping mix (cherry, blueberry, apple or boysenberry)
Preparation

Preheat oven to 375\u00b0.
Mix 3/4 cup sugar and butter.
Heat. Add crumbs.
Press into 13 x 9-inch pan and set aside.
Beat cream cheese.
Add eggs, 3/4 cup sugar and vanilla.
Pour fruit mix over crust, then cream cheese mixture.
Bake 45 to 50 minutes.
Chill thoroughly before serving.
May garnish with whipped cream or small amounts of fruit.
