Egg Custard Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 eggs (whole)
    1 c. sugar
    2 c. milk, scalded
    1 Tbsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Mix beaten eggs and sugar.
    Add hot milk and pour into a large pie shell. Bake at 350\u00b0 about 30 to 45 minutes (until crust is brown).
    You may put dots of butter on top and sprinkle with nutmeg.
