Sarah Coble'S Creamed Corn - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 qt. fresh corn
1 1/2 c. water
1 tsp. salt
4 Tbsp. butter
1 1/2 c. milk
5 Tbsp. plain flour
Preparation
-
Combine corn, water and salt.
Cook for four minutes.
Remove from heat.
Add butter.
Combine milk and flour in shaker.
Shake until blended.
Stir into corn mixture.
Return to heat.
Cook four minutes, stirring often.
