Oven Fried Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    red potatoes
    1/4 c. Crisco
    salt, pepper, garlic salt and onion salt
    1/2 to 1 stick margarine
Preparation
    Wash the
    potatoes well and dice.
    In a large cake pan, pour the
    Crisco
    and
    add potatoes. Coat potatoes in oil. Add salt, pepper,
    garlic
    salt and onion salt or season to taste. Slice the margarine over the potatoes.
    Cook at 425\u00b0, stirring 2 to 3 times for 45 minutes to 1 hour.
