Carrot Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. grated raw carrots
    2 eggs, beaten
    1 c. grated cheese
    1 c. cracker crumbs
    1 small, diced onion
    1 can mushroom soup
    1/2 can water
Preparation
    Mix together well.
    Bake in buttered casserole dish at 350\u00b0 for 45 to 55 minutes.
