Bee Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/4 to 1 3/4 c. unsifted flour
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. grated lemon peel
    1 pkg. yeast
    1/3 c. milk
    1/4 c. water
    2 Tbsp. margarine
    1 egg
    coconut topping and vanilla cream filling
Preparation
    In large bowl, mix 1/2 cup flour, sugar, salt, lemon peel and yeast.
    Combine milk, water and margarine in saucepan.
    Heat liquid (120\u00b0 to 130\u00b0).
    Gradually add to dry mix.
    Beat 2 minutes on medium speed.
    Add egg and 1/2 cup flour.
    Beat high 2 minutes. Stir in more flour to make soft dough.
    Cover and rise in oven until double (30 minutes).
