Easy Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 medium chicken breasts
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    2 Tbsp. to 1/2 pt. sour cream (optional)
    dash of salt and pepper
    1/8 qt. cooking sherry wine (optional)
    dash of poultry seasoning
    rice or noodles
Preparation
    Combine chicken with mushroom soup for 15 minutes at medium heat.
    Fold in sour cream, sherry (if used) and poultry seasoning. Cook in shalloww baking dish or pan in 325\u00b0 oven.
