Carrot Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 c. flour
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 1/4 c. sugar
2/3 c. oil
1 1/2 tsp. baking soda
2 eggs
1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1 small can crushed pineapple
2 jars baby food carrots
1 c. nuts
Preparation

Mix all ingredients together. Bake at 350 degrees, 40-45 minutes.
