Red Velvet Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. Wesson oil
    2 1/2 c. plain flour
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    1 c. buttermilk
    2 eggs
    2 tsp. cocoa
    2 tsp. soda
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. vinegar
    1 oz. red food coloring
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Grease and flour pans.
    (Makes three (9-inch) layers.) Mix all ingredients together and bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
