Indian Tacos - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 c. unsifted flour
    1 Tbsp. baking powder
    1 Tbsp. salt
    1/2 c. dry milk
    6 Tbsp. lard or shortening
Preparation
    Mix together dry ingredients, add lard or shortening and mix until crumbly.
    Begin adding water until a nice soft dough.
    Roll on floured board to desired size.
    Poke hole in the middle. Either fry in frying pan with 1 inch of oil or electric fryer. Brown to desired color, turn over and fry on the other side and drain.
