Sunshine Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 large pkg. orange jello
1 c. hot water
1 c. cold water
1 c. crushed pineapple, drained
1 c. grated carrots
Preparation

Dissolve jello in hot water, add cold water; stir. Add pineapple; allow to cool but not gel. Add carrots and stir to distribute evenly. Place in refrigerate to congeal.
