Chicken Tetrazzini - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. boiled chicken
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. noodles
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1/2 c. chopped bell pepper
    1/4 c. margarine
    1/2 tsp. celery salt
    salt and pepper to taste
    3 tsp. flour
    2 c. milk
    1/2 c. Cheddar cheese
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 can cream of chicken soup
Preparation
    Cook noodles according to package. Saute onions and bell pepper in margarine. Stir in flour slowly until thick. Add seasonings and cheese; stir until melted. Add 2 cups milk, soups, chicken (chopped), and noodles. Turn into shallow baking dish and cover with bread crumbs. Bake at 400\u00b0 for 15 to 20 minutes or until browned on top.
