Mexican Chicken - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 large chicken breasts
2 cans cream of chicken soup
1 can Ro-Tel tomatoes
1 c. chopped bell pepper
1 c. chopped onion
1 Tbsp. chili powder
1 Tbsp. garlic powder (not garlic salt)
1 c. grated Velveeta cheese
1 large bag Doritos
Preparation

Boil chicken, peel off skin.
Remove from bone.
Mix soup, tomatoes, bell pepper, onion, garlic powder, chili powder and 1/2 cup of cheese.
Mix well.
Grease large Pyrex pan, line bottom with Doritos and then place chicken on top of Doritos.
Pour mixed ingredients over chicken.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
Remove and pour remaining Doritos and cheese over top.
Put in oven until cheese melts.
