Velvet Pound Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 lb. butter
    1/2 c. Crisco
    5 eggs
    3 c. flour (cake)
    3 c. sugar
    1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1 c. milk
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 tsp. lemon
    1 tsp. almond or flavor desired
Preparation
    Mix butter and Crisco, cream with sugar and eggs.
    Mix 1/2 cup of milk and flour, then add other half cup of milk.
    Add flavors and baking powder.
    Beat.
    Bake 1 1/2 hours at 300\u00b0.
