Snowball Surprises - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1/2 lb. butter, softened
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. finely chopped pecans
15 oz. chocolate kisses
1/2 c. sugar
2 c. flour
powdered sugar

Preparation

Beat
butter, sugar and vanilla until light and fluffy. Add flour
and\tnuts.
Blend well.
Chill dough.
Remove foil from kisses.
Shape dough around kisses using 1 tablespoon for each. Roll
to form ball, covering kiss completely.
Place on ungreased cookie sheet.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 12 minutes until set but
not brown.
While
warm,
sprinkle
with powdered sugar. Store in covered container.
