Yogurt Coffee Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. butter or margarine, softened
    1/2 c. packed light brown sugar
    1 egg
    1 tsp. vanilla
    2 c. flour (whole wheat gives better flavor and texture)
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 c. fruit flavored yogurt
Preparation
    Cream butter and brown sugar.
    Add egg and vanilla; beat until fluffy.
    Stir together flour, baking soda and salt.
    Add to creamed mixture alternately with yogurt.
    Blend well.
    Turn into a greased 9-inch square cake pan.
    The top can be sprinkled with chopped nuts if desired.
    Bake in a 350\u00b0 oven for about 35 to 40 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
