Shoo-Fly - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. flour
    1 1/2 c. brown sugar
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1 1/2 c. boiling water
    2 c. molasses
    3 eggs
    1/2 c. hot water
    2 tsp. baking soda
Preparation
    Mix flour, brown sugar and butter to crumbs.
    Keep 1 cup crumbs aside.
    Add boiling water, molasses, eggs, hot water and baking soda.
    Mix all together with mixer.
    Sprinkle with crumbs. Bake 35 to 40 minutes at 350\u00b0.
    Makes two 9-inch pies.
