London Broil - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 lb. flank steak
    2 Tbsp. sherry
    2 Tbsp. soy sauce
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. cinnamon
Preparation
    Score both sides of the flank steak.
    Mix all of the ingredients together.
    Place the flank steak in a flat pan.
    Pour the mixture over the meat.
    Let it marinate in the refrigerator for at least 1 1/2 hours.
    Broil about 4 inches from heat about 10 minutes on each side.
    Cut diagonally across the grain in very thin slices.
    Serves 6 to 8.
