Sweet And Sour Chicken Wings - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    10 to 12 chicken wings
    2 Tbsp. cornstarch
    2 eggs
    2 Tbsp. water
    1/4 c. apple cider vinegar
    1/4 c. sugar
    1/4 c. ketchup
    1/4 c. apple jelly
    1/8 c. soy sauce
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
Preparation
    Cut wings apart and clip ends off.
    Dip wings into a mixture of cornstarch, eggs and water.
    Place wings in a pan coated with oil over medium-high heat.
    Allow wings to brown.
    Combine remaining ingredients, mixing well.
    Pour this over wings.
    Simmer for 20 minutes.
